جمعية عسكر تشارك في ورشة عمل لتعزيز حماية وتمكين النساء والأطفال ذوي الإعاقة

شارك أعضاء من جمعية عسكر للتنمية والتطوير المجتمعي في ورشة عمل متخصصة بعنوان “تعزيز الحماية والقدرة على الصمود للنساء والأطفال ذوي الإعاقة في الضفة الغربية”، والتي نُفذت بدعم من وكالة غوث وتشغيل اللاجئين الفلسطينيين (الأونروا) والحكومة الإسبانية، بمشاركة عدد من ممثلي المؤسسات المجتمعية والجهات العاملة في مجال الحماية والتمكين.

وتناولت الورشة مجموعة من المحاور المتعلقة بحماية الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة وتعزيز إدماجهم في المجتمع، إضافة إلى استعراض أفضل الممارسات والآليات التي تسهم في دعم وتمكين النساء والأطفال ذوي الإعاقة وتعزيز وصولهم إلى الخدمات والفرص المختلفة بما يضمن الحفاظ على حقوقهم وكرامتهم.

وأكد المشاركون من جمعية عسكر أهمية هذه الورش واللقاءات المتخصصة في تطوير قدرات المؤسسات المجتمعية وتعزيز دورها في حماية الفئات الأكثر هشاشة، مشددين على ضرورة مواصلة الجهود المشتركة وتكثيف التعاون بين مختلف الجهات ذات العلاقة من أجل توفير بيئة أكثر شمولاً وعدالة للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة.

وأشاروا إلى أن تمكين الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة وتعزيز مشاركتهم الفاعلة في مختلف جوانب الحياة المجتمعية يشكلان ركيزة أساسية لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة وبناء مجتمع أكثر تماسكاً وإنصافاً.

وتأتي هذه المشاركة في إطار التزام جمعية عسكر للتنمية والتطوير المجتمعي بدعم المبادرات الهادفة إلى تعزيز الحماية المجتمعية، وتمكين الفئات المهمشة، والمساهمة في بناء مجتمع أكثر شمولاً يضمن تكافؤ الفرص واحترام حقوق جميع أفراده.

Askar Association Participates in Workshop on Strengthening Protection and Empowerment of Women and Children with Disabilities

Members of the Askar Association for Community Development and Advancement participated in a specialized workshop entitled “Strengthening Protection and Resilience for Women and Children with Disabilities in the West Bank,” implemented with the support of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) and the Government of Spain.

The workshop brought together representatives of community-based organizations and stakeholders working in the fields of protection and empowerment. Discussions focused on the protection and inclusion of persons with disabilities, as well as practical approaches to supporting and empowering women and children with disabilities and improving their access to services and opportunities while safeguarding their rights and dignity.

Representatives of Askar Association emphasized the importance of such workshops in strengthening the capacities of community institutions and enhancing their role in protecting vulnerable groups. They stressed the need for continued cooperation and joint efforts among relevant stakeholders to create a more inclusive and equitable environment for persons with disabilities.

They further highlighted that empowering persons with disabilities and promoting their active participation in community life are essential components of sustainable development and key factors in building a more cohesive and equitable society.

This participation reflects Askar Association’s ongoing commitment to supporting initiatives that promote community protection, empower marginalized groups, and contribute to building a more inclusive society that guarantees equal opportunities and respect for the rights of all individuals.

L’Association d’Askar participe à un atelier visant à renforcer la protection et l’autonomisation des femmes et des enfants en situation de handicap

Des membres de l’Association d’Askar pour le Développement et le Progrès Communautaire ont participé à un atelier spécialisé intitulé « Renforcer la protection et la résilience des femmes et des enfants en situation de handicap en Cisjordanie », mis en œuvre avec le soutien de l’UNRWA et du Gouvernement espagnol.

L’atelier a réuni des représentants d’institutions communautaires et d’organisations œuvrant dans les domaines de la protection et de l’inclusion. Les discussions ont porté sur la protection des personnes en situation de handicap, leur intégration dans la société ainsi que sur les mécanismes permettant de renforcer l’autonomisation des femmes et des enfants en situation de handicap et de faciliter leur accès aux services et aux opportunités dans le respect de leurs droits et de leur dignité.

Les représentants de l’Association d’Askar ont souligné l’importance de ces rencontres dans le développement des capacités des المؤسسات communautaires et dans le renforcement de leur rôle en faveur des groupes les plus vulnérables. Ils ont insisté sur la nécessité de poursuivre les efforts conjoints et de renforcer la coopération entre les différentes parties prenantes afin de créer un environnement plus inclusif et plus équitable pour les personnes en situation de handicap.

Ils ont également rappelé que l’autonomisation des personnes en situation de handicap et leur participation active à la vie communautaire constituent des éléments essentiels du développement durable et contribuent à la construction d’une société plus solidaire et plus juste.

Cette participation s’inscrit dans le cadre de l’engagement continu de l’Association d’Askar à soutenir les initiatives visant à renforcer la protection communautaire, à promouvoir l’inclusion des groupes marginalisés et à contribuer à l’édification d’une société plus inclusive garantissant l’égalité des chances et le respect des droits de tous.
