جمعية عسكر تختتم المرحلة الثانية من تدريب التربية الايجابيه

اختتمت جمعية عسكر للتنمية والتطوير المجتمعي المرحلة الثانية من التدريب المتخصص بعنوان «التربية الايجابيه»، بمشاركة طاقم الجمعية، وعلى مدار خمسة أيام تدريبية، قدمتها المدربة شيرين طحان، وذلك ضمن أنشطة مشروع «تمكين البنية المجتمعية من أجل تقوية الأسر في المحافظات الشمالية للضفة الغربية»، بشراكة ودعم من قرى الأطفال SOS فلسطين.

ركز التدريب على تعزيز قدرات طاقم الجمعية في مجال الاستعداد والاستجابة للطوارئ، وتطوير المعارف والمهارات اللازمة للتعامل مع الحالات الطارئة، بما يسهم في تحسين جاهزية العاملين للاستجابة الفعّالة والمنظمة، مع مراعاة احتياجات الأطفال والشباب والأسر المستضعفة.

كما يأتي هذا التدريب ضمن جهود الجمعية المستمرة لتطوير قدرات كوادرها وتعزيز جاهزيتها للتعامل مع الظروف الطارئة، بما يدعم استمرارية تقديم الخدمات وحماية الفئات الأكثر احتياجًا.

ويُنفذ هذا التدريب في إطار الشراكة بين جمعية عسكر وقرى الأطفال SOS فلسطين، ضمن مشروع يهدف إلى تعزيز البنية المجتمعية وتقوية الأسر في المحافظات الشمالية للضفة الغربية، من خلال بناء قدرات العاملين وتطوير آليات الاستجابة للاحتياجات والتحديات المختلفة.

Askar Association Concludes the Second Phase of Strong Parent, Strong Children (SPSC) 

Askar Association for Community Development and Advancement has concluded the second phase of the specialized training titled “Strong Parent, Strong Children (SPSC)” with the participation of the Association’s staff. The five-day training was delivered by trainer Shireen Tahhan as part of the project “Strengthening Community Infrastructure for Family Empowerment in the Northern West Bank,” in partnership with and with the support of SOS Children’s Villages Palestine.

The training focused on strengthening the Association’s staff capacities in emergency preparedness and response, and developing the knowledge and skills needed to handle emergency situations. This contributes to improving staff readiness to respond effectively and systematically, while taking into account the needs of vulnerable children, young people, and families.

This training is also part of the Association’s ongoing efforts to develop its team’s capacities and strengthen its preparedness to deal with emergency situations, helping ensure the continuity of services and the protection of the most vulnerable groups.

The training is implemented within the framework of the partnership between Askar Association and SOS Children’s Villages Palestine, under a project aimed at strengthening community infrastructure and supporting families in the northern West Bank through capacity-building for staff and the development of response mechanisms to address various needs and challenges.

L’association Askar clôture la deuxième phase de la Strong Parent, Strong Children (SPSC)

L’association Askar pour le développement et la promotion communautaires a clôturé la deuxième phase de la formation spécialisée intitulée « Strong Parent, Strong Children (SPSC)», avec la participation de son équipe. Cette formation de cinq jours a été animée par la formatrice Shireen Tahhan, dans le cadre du projet « Renforcement des infrastructures communautaires pour l’autonomisation des familles dans le nord de la Cisjordanie », en partenariat avec les Villages d’Enfants SOS Palestine et avec leur soutien.

La formation a mis l’accent sur le renforcement des capacités de l’équipe de l’association en matière de préparation et de réponse aux situations d’urgence, ainsi que sur le développement des connaissances et des compétences nécessaires pour faire face aux situations d’urgence. Elle vise à améliorer la capacité du personnel à réagir de manière efficace et structurée, tout en tenant compte des besoins des enfants, des jeunes et des familles en situation de vulnérabilité.

Cette formation s’inscrit également dans le cadre des efforts continus de l’association pour renforcer les compétences de son équipe et améliorer sa préparation face aux situations d’urgence, afin d’assurer la continuité des services et la protection des groupes les plus vulnérables.

Cette initiative est menée dans le cadre du partenariat entre l’association Askar et les Villages d’Enfants SOS Palestine, au sein d’un projet visant à renforcer les infrastructures communautaires et à soutenir les familles dans le nord de la Cisjordanie, grâce au renforcement des capacités du personnel et au développement de mécanismes de réponse adaptés aux différents besoins et défis.
