جمعية عسكر تشارك في ملتقى “الحماية تبدأ بالوعي” بمخيم العين لتعزيز الوعي المجتمعي بقضايا النوع الاجتماعي

نابلس – شاركت جمعية عسكر للتنمية والتطوير المجتمعي في فعاليات اليوم الثالث من الملتقى المجتمعي بعنوان “الحماية تبدأ بالوعي: حوار مجتمعي حول النوع الاجتماعي والعنف”، والذي عُقد في قاعة نادي الشباب بمخيم العين في محافظة نابلس، بتنظيم من وكالة غوث وتشغيل اللاجئين الفلسطينيين (الأونروا)، وبمشاركة ممثلين وممثلات عن المؤسسات المحلية والهيئات المجتمعية والجهات الفاعلة في المجتمع المحلي.

وتضمن الملتقى سلسلة من الجلسات الحوارية والنقاشات التفاعلية التي هدفت إلى تعزيز الوعي المجتمعي بمفاهيم النوع الاجتماعي والعنف المبني على النوع الاجتماعي، وتسليط الضوء على أبرز التحديات التي تواجه المجتمع المحلي، إضافة إلى مناقشة سبل الوقاية وتعزيز آليات الحماية والإحالة الآمنة للفئات الأكثر عرضة للمخاطر.

وأكد ممثلو جمعية عسكر خلال مشاركتهم أهمية هذه اللقاءات المجتمعية في بناء وعي مجتمعي أكثر قدرة على مواجهة مظاهر العنف والتمييز، وتعزيز ثقافة الحماية والمسؤولية المجتمعية، بما يسهم في توفير بيئة أكثر أمانًا وعدالة لجميع أفراد المجتمع.

كما شددت الجمعية على أهمية استمرار الحوار والتنسيق بين المؤسسات المحلية والجهات المختصة من أجل تطوير استجابات مجتمعية فاعلة تسهم في حماية الفئات الأكثر هشاشة، وتعزيز الوصول إلى الخدمات الداعمة، وترسيخ مبادئ المساواة والاحترام المتبادل داخل المجتمع.

وتأتي هذه المشاركة في إطار التزام جمعية عسكر للتنمية والتطوير المجتمعي بدورها في دعم المبادرات الهادفة إلى تعزيز التماسك المجتمعي، ونشر الوعي بالقضايا الاجتماعية، والمساهمة في بناء مجتمع أكثر قدرة على حماية أفراده وتعزيز مشاركتهم الفاعلة في عملية التنمية المجتمعية المستدامة.

Askar Association Participates in “Protection Begins with Awareness” Forum in Ein Refugee Camp to Promote Community Awareness on Gender Issues

Nablus – Askar Association for Community Development and Advancement participated in the third day of the community forum entitled “Protection Begins with Awareness: A Community Dialogue on Gender and Violence,” held at the Youth Club Hall in Ein Refugee Camp, Nablus. The event was organized by the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) and brought together representatives of local institutions, community organizations, and key stakeholders from the local community.

The forum featured a series of interactive discussions and dialogue sessions aimed at enhancing community awareness of gender concepts and gender-based violence, highlighting key challenges facing the local community, and exploring preventive measures as well as protection and safe referral mechanisms for vulnerable groups.

Representatives of Askar Association emphasized the importance of such community gatherings in building greater public awareness and strengthening society’s ability to address violence and discrimination. They stressed the role of these initiatives in promoting a culture of protection, social responsibility, and community engagement, contributing to a safer and more inclusive environment for all members of society.

The Association also highlighted the importance of continued coordination and dialogue among local institutions and relevant stakeholders to develop effective community-based responses that protect vulnerable groups, improve access to support services, and promote the principles of equality, dignity, and mutual respect.

This participation comes as part of Askar Association’s ongoing commitment to supporting initiatives that strengthen social cohesion, raise awareness of social issues, and contribute to building a community that is better equipped to protect its members and encourage their active participation in sustainable community development.

L’Association d’Askar participe au forum « La protection commence par la sensibilisation » dans le camp d’Ein afin de renforcer la sensibilisation communautaire aux questions de genre

Naplouse – L’Association d’Askar pour le Développement et le Progrès Communautaire a participé à la troisième journée du forum communautaire intitulé « La protection commence par la sensibilisation : Dialogue communautaire sur le genre et la violence », organisé dans la salle du Club des Jeunes du camp de réfugiés d’Ein à Naplouse par l’Office de secours et de travaux des Nations Unies pour les réfugiés de Palestine (UNRWA), avec la participation de représentants d’institutions locales, d’organisations communautaires et d’acteurs de la société civile.

Le forum a comporté plusieurs sessions de dialogue et discussions interactives visant à renforcer la sensibilisation aux concepts liés au genre et à la violence basée sur le genre, à mettre en lumière les principaux défis auxquels la communauté est confrontée et à examiner les moyens de prévention ainsi que les mécanismes de protection et d’orientation sécurisée des groupes les plus vulnérables.

Les représentants de l’Association d’Askar ont souligné l’importance de ces rencontres communautaires dans le renforcement de la conscience collective et dans le développement de la capacité de la société à faire face aux phénomènes de violence et de discrimination. Ils ont également insisté sur le rôle de ces initiatives dans la promotion d’une culture de protection, de responsabilité sociale et de participation citoyenne.

L’Association a par ailleurs mis en avant la nécessité de poursuivre la coordination et le dialogue entre les institutions locales et les parties concernées afin de développer des réponses communautaires efficaces, capables de protéger les groupes vulnérables, d’améliorer l’accès aux services de soutien et de promouvoir les principes d’égalité, de dignité et de respect mutuel.

Cette participation s’inscrit dans le cadre de l’engagement continu de l’Association d’Askar à soutenir les initiatives visant à renforcer la cohésion sociale, à sensibiliser aux questions sociales et à contribuer à la construction d’une société plus résiliente, capable de protéger ses membres et de favoriser leur participation active au développement communautaire durable.
