جمعية عسكر تستقبل طلبة كلية التمريض في جامعة النجاح الوطنية

استقبل رئيس جمعية عسكر للتنمية والتطوير المجتمعي، السيد أمجد الرفاعي، مجموعة من طلبة كلية التمريض في جامعة النجاح الوطنية، وذلك في إطار التحضير لتنفيذ التدريب الجامعي داخل الجمعية.

وجرى خلال اللقاء التعريف بالجمعية وأهدافها وبرامجها المجتمعية ومرافقها، إلى جانب بحث آليات تنفيذ التدريب وطبيعة الأنشطة والمهام التي سيشارك فيها الطلبة، بما يسهم في تعزيز خبراتهم العملية وربط الجانب الأكاديمي بالتطبيق الميداني.

ورافقت اللقاء السيدة نور بوشكار، مسؤولة وحدة الإعاقة والمسؤولة عن الملف التدريبي لطلبة الجامعة، حيث جرى التأكيد على أهمية توفير بيئة تدريبية مناسبة تتيح للطلبة اكتساب المهارات والخبرات العملية، وتعزز دورهم في خدمة المجتمع المحلي.

وتأتي هذه الخطوة في إطار حرص جمعية عسكر على تعزيز التعاون مع المؤسسات الأكاديمية، وفتح آفاق التدريب العملي أمام الطلبة، بما يخدم الفئات المستفيدة من برامج الجمعية.

Askar Association Welcomes Nursing Students from An-Najah National University

Mr. Amjad Al-Rifai, President of Askar Association for Community Development, welcomed a group of nursing students from An-Najah National University as part of the preparations for their university training at the Association.

During the meeting, the students were introduced to the Association, its objectives, community programs, and facilities. Discussions also covered the training arrangements and the activities and tasks the students will participate in, helping them develop their practical skills and connect academic knowledge with field experience.

The meeting was attended by Ms. Nour Boushkar, Head of the Disability Unit and the person responsible for coordinating the university students’ training. The discussion emphasized the importance of providing a suitable training environment that enables students to gain practical skills and experience and strengthens their role in serving the local community.

This initiative reflects Askar Association’s commitment to strengthening cooperation with academic institutions and creating opportunities for students to gain practical experience, while contributing to the needs of the community members served by the Association.

L’association Askar accueille des étudiants en soins infirmiers de l’Université nationale An-Najah

M. Amjad Al-Rifai, président de l’association Askar pour le développement communautaire, a accueilli un groupe d’étudiants en soins infirmiers de l’Université nationale An-Najah, dans le cadre des préparatifs de leur stage universitaire au sein de l’association.

Au cours de cette rencontre, les étudiants ont découvert l’association, ses objectifs, ses programmes communautaires et ses différentes installations. Les échanges ont également porté sur les modalités du stage ainsi que sur les activités et les missions auxquelles les étudiants participeront, afin de renforcer leurs compétences pratiques et de faire le lien entre les connaissances académiques et l’expérience sur le terrain.

La rencontre s’est déroulée en présence de Mme Nour Boushkar, responsable de l’unité du handicap et chargée de la coordination des stages universitaires. L’accent a été mis sur l’importance de proposer un environnement de formation adapté, permettant aux étudiants d’acquérir des compétences et une expérience pratiques, tout en renforçant leur contribution au service de la communauté locale.

Cette initiative témoigne de l’engagement de l’association Askar à renforcer sa coopération avec les établissements universitaires et à offrir aux étudiants des possibilités de formation pratique, tout en contribuant aux besoins des bénéficiaires de ses programmes.
