تمكين قيادي في الملعب.. تدريب رياضي لفريق فتيات جمعية عسكر ضمن مشروع التبادل الشبابي بين بريطانيا وإيطاليا

تعزيزًا للقيادة النسوية، نفذت وحدة الرياضة في جمعية عسكر للتنمية والتطوير المجتمعي تدريبًا لفريق كرة القدم للفتيات، بمشاركة 19 شابة، وذلك ضمن أنشطة مشروع التبادل الشبابي الرياضي بين بريطانيا وإيطاليا، وفي إطار جهود الجمعية المستمرة لتمكين الفتيات وتعزيز دورهن القيادي في المجال الرياضي وتطوير مهاراتهن على المستويين الشخصي والمجتمعي.

وفي هذا السياق، أكد رئيس جمعية عسكر السيد أمجد الرفاعي أهمية هذه الأنشطة في دعم وتمكين الفتيات، وتعزيز مشاركتهن الفاعلة في المجال الرياضي وبناء قدراتهن القيادية بما ينعكس إيجابًا على المجتمع

Leadership Empowerment on the Field: Sports Training for Askar Girls’ Football Team within the UK–Italy Youth Exchange Project

As part of its efforts to promote women’s leadership, the Sports Unit at Askar Development and Community Development Association conducted a training session for the girls’ football team, with the participation of 19 young women. This activity comes within the framework of the UK–Italy sports youth exchange project and reflects the association’s ongoing commitment to empowering girls, strengthening their leadership roles in sports, and developing their skills at both personal and community levels.

In this context, the President of Askar Association, Mr. Amjad Al-Rifai, emphasized the importance of such activities in supporting and empowering girls, enhancing their active participation in sports, and building their leadership capacities in ways that positively impact the community.

Dans le cadre du renforcement du leadership féminin, l’unité sportive de l’Association Askar pour le développement et le développement communautaire a organisé une séance d’entraînement pour l’équipe féminine de football, avec la participation de 19 jeunes filles. Cette activité s’inscrit dans le cadre du projet d’échange sportif de jeunes entre le Royaume-Uni et l’Italie, et reflète les efforts continus de l’association pour autonomiser les filles, renforcer leur rôle de leadership dans le sport et développer leurs compétences aux niveaux personnel et communautaire.

Dans ce contexte, le président de l’association, M. Amjad Al-Rifai, a souligné l’importance de ces activités pour soutenir et autonomiser les filles, renforcer leur participation active dans le domaine sportif et développer leurs capacités de leadership, de manière à avoir un impact positif sur la société.
