In a significant step that embodies the spirit of cooperation and joint action, the Askar Association for Community Development and the Youth Development Association – Kufiya have announced the formation of a joint alliance and the launch of a unified International Relations Unit to develop impactful development projects in New Askar Refugee Camp 🇵🇸.
🔹 This step follows the remarkable success achieved by both associations during their European tours, which served as a successful model of international engagement, solidarity building for the Palestinian cause, and raising awareness about the camp’s projects and needs.
🔹 It also comes in direct response to the needs of the local community, as identified by the Camp Forum and the Popular Committee for Services in New Askar Camp, within the framework of the “Camp Improvement Plan.”
🔹 Key areas of cooperation include:
- 👨⚕️ Supporting the health center with international medical expertise
- ⚽ Developing a comprehensive and youth-driven sports program
- 🇪🇺 Organizing a European tour to mobilize international solidarity for the Palestinian cause
- 📣 Promoting the camp’s development and human rights projects driven by its grassroots institutions
- 🕺💃 Reviving and activating the youth dabke troupe “Mashaal Falasteen” (Torches of Palestine) for both girls and boys, as a cultural platform that reflects the camp’s identity and shares its heritage with the world
This partnership represents a true step toward a better future for the residents of the camp. It reflects our commitment to sustainable development, community empowerment, and enhancing our presence on the international stage.

Dans une démarche novatrice incarnant l’esprit de coopération et de travail collectif, l’Association Askar pour le Développement et l’Amélioration Communautaire et l’Association de Développement de la Jeunesse – Kufiya ont annoncé la formation d’une alliance commune et le lancement d’une unité unifiée des relations internationales, visant à développer des projets de développement de qualité dans le camp de réfugiés de Nouvel Askar 🇵🇸.
🔹 Cette initiative fait suite au grand succès rencontré par les deux associations lors de leurs tournées européennes, qui ont constitué un modèle réussi en matière de communication internationale, de mobilisation de la solidarité pour la cause palestinienne, et de sensibilisation aux projets et besoins du camp.
🔹 Elle répond également aux besoins identifiés de la communauté locale, tels que recensés par le Forum du Camp et le Comité Populaire des Services du Camp de Nouvel Askar, dans le cadre du « Plan d’Amélioration du Camp ».
🔹 Les principaux axes de coopération convenus sont :
- 👨⚕️ Renforcer le centre de santé grâce à des compétences médicales internationales
- ⚽ Développer un programme sportif inclusif et motivant pour les jeunes
- 🇪🇺 Organiser une tournée européenne pour renforcer la solidarité internationale avec la cause palestinienne
- 📣 Promouvoir les projets de développement et de défense des droits humains émanant des institutions communautaires du camp
- 🕺💃 Réactiver la troupe de dabké jeunesse “Mashaal Falasteen” (Flambeaux de la Palestine) pour filles et garçons, en tant que plateforme culturelle reflétant l’identité du camp et transmettant son patrimoine au monde
Ce partenariat représente une avancée réelle vers un avenir meilleur pour les habitants du camp. Il témoigne de notre engagement en faveur du développement durable, de l’autonomisation de notre peuple et du renforcement de notre présence sur la scène internationale.

نحو شراكة تنموية فاعلة وانفتاح على العالم 🌍
في خطوة نوعية تُجسّد روح التعاون والعمل المشترك، أعلنت جمعية عسكر للتنمية والتطوير المجتمعي وجمعية التنمية الشبابية – كوفية عن تشكيل اتحاد مشترك بينهما، وإطلاق وحدة علاقات دولية موحدة لتطوير مشاريع تنموية نوعية في مخيم عسكر الجديد 🇵🇸. 🔹
جاءت هذه الخطوة بعد النجاح الباهر الذي حققته الجمعيتان خلال جولاتهما الأوروبية، والتي شكّلت نموذجًا ناجحًا في التواصل الدولي وحشد التضامن مع القضية الفلسطينية، والتعريف بمشاريع المخيم واحتياجاته.
🔹 كما تأتي استجابة لاحتياجات المجتمع المحلي، كما رُصدت من قبل منتدى المخيم واللجنة الشعبية لخدمات مخيم عسكر الجديد ضمن “خطة تحسين المخيم”.

👨⚕️ دعم المركز الصحي بالكفاءات الطبية الدولية
⚽ تطوير البرنامج الرياضي ليكون شاملًا ومحفّزًا للشباب 🇪🇺 تنظيم جولة أوروبية لحشد التضامن الدولي مع القضية الفلسطينية
📣 الترويج لمشاريع المخيم التنموية والحقوقية المنبثقة عن مؤسساته المجتمعية
💃 إعادة تشكيل وتفعيل فرقة الدبكة الشبابية “مشاعل فلسطين” للبنات والشباب، كمنبر ثقافي يعكس هوية المخيم وينقل تراثه إلى العالم
