اختتمت جمعية عسكر للتنمية والتطوير المجتمعي تدريب إدارة المشاريع، بمشاركة مجموعة من الكوادر المجتمعية، وبإشراف المدربة رهف النابلسي والمدرب وسيم برغال، وذلك ضمن أنشطة مشروع «تمكين البنية المجتمعية من أجل تقوية الأسر في المحافظات الشمالية للضفة الغربية»، المنفذ بالشراكة والدعم من قرى الأطفال SOS فلسطين، وبالتعاون مع مركز الإرشاد النفسي والاجتماعي للمرأة.
وركّز التدريب على تعزيز القدرات الإدارية والتنظيمية للمشاركين، وتطوير مهاراتهم في مجال إدارة المشاريع، بما يشمل التخطيط والتنفيذ والمتابعة، وبما يسهم في رفع كفاءة العمل المؤسسي وتحسين جودة المبادرات والبرامج المجتمعية.
ويأتي اختتام هذا التدريب تمهيدًا للانتقال إلى المرحلة القادمة، التي ستتضمن دراسة المشاريع المطروحة ومناقشتها وتقييمها، بهدف تطوير الأفكار وتحويلها إلى مشاريع قابلة للتنفيذ، تستجيب للاحتياجات المجتمعية وتنسجم مع أهداف المشروع.
وتواصل جمعية عسكر، من خلال هذا المشروع وشراكاتها، جهودها في بناء قدرات الكوادر المجتمعية وتعزيز دور المؤسسات في تطوير المبادرات وتحقيق أثر مستدام، بما يسهم في تمكين الأسر وتعزيز صمودها في المحافظات الشمالية للضفة الغربية.
Askar Association for Community Development and Advancement Concludes Project Management Training and Prepares to Move to the Next Phase of Reviewing Proposed Projects
Askar Association for Community Development and Advancement has concluded its project management training, attended by a group of community-based professionals and facilitated by trainers Rahaf Al-Nabulsi and Waseem Barghal. The training was conducted as part of the project “Strengthening Community Structures for Family Empowerment in the Northern West Bank,” implemented in partnership with and with the support of SOS Children’s Villages Palestine, in cooperation with the Women’s Psychological and Social Counseling Center.
The training focused on strengthening participants’ administrative and organizational capacities and developing their project management skills, including planning, implementation, and monitoring. These efforts aim to enhance institutional performance and improve the quality of community initiatives and programs.
The conclusion of this training marks the preparation for the next phase, which will involve reviewing, discussing, and evaluating the proposed projects, with the aim of developing these ideas into feasible projects that respond to community needs and align with the project’s objectives.
Through this project and its partnerships, Askar Association continues its efforts to build the capacities of community-based professionals and strengthen the role of institutions in developing initiatives and achieving sustainable impact, contributing to family empowerment and resilience in the northern West Bank.
L’Association Askar pour le développement et le progrès communautaires clôture une formation en gestion de projets et se prépare à passer à la phase suivante d’étude des projets proposés
L’Association Askar pour le développement et le progrès communautaires a clôturé une formation en gestion de projets, à laquelle a participé un groupe de professionnels du secteur communautaire. La formation a été animée par les formatrices Rahaf Al-Nabulsi et le formateur Waseem Barghal, dans le cadre du projet « Renforcement des structures communautaires pour l’autonomisation des familles dans le nord de la Cisjordanie », mis en œuvre en partenariat avec SOS Villages d’Enfants Palestine, qui apporte son soutien au projet, et en coopération avec le Centre de conseil psychologique et social pour les femmes.
La formation visait à renforcer les capacités administratives et organisationnelles des participants et à développer leurs compétences en gestion de projets, notamment en matière de planification, de mise en œuvre et de suivi. Ces efforts contribuent à améliorer l’efficacité institutionnelle et la qualité des initiatives et des programmes communautaires.
La clôture de cette formation ouvre la voie à la prochaine phase, qui consistera à étudier, discuter et évaluer les projets proposés, dans le but de développer les idées présentées et de les transformer en projets réalisables, répondant aux besoins de la communauté et conformes aux objectifs du projet.
À travers ce projet et ses partenariats, l’Association Askar poursuit ses efforts pour renforcer les capacités des acteurs communautaires et consolider le rôle des institutions dans le développement d’initiatives et la réalisation d’un impact durable, contribuant ainsi à l’autonomisation des familles et au renforcement de leur résilience dans le nord de la Cisjordanie.
