شاركت جمعية عسكر للتنمية والتطوير المجتمعي في استقبال وزير الثقافة الفلسطيني عماد حمدان والوفد المرافق له، خلال الزيارة الرسمية التي جرت في قاعة الجوهرة بمخيم عسكر الجديد، بحضور عدد من الشخصيات الرسمية وممثلي المؤسسات الأهلية والمجتمعية في المحافظة والمخيم.
ومثّل الجمعية في اللقاء رئيسها أمجد الرفاعي ومدير العلاقات العامة د. أشرف الصايغ إلى جانب عدد من أعضاء الهيئة الإدارية والطاقم العامل، حيث جاءت المشاركة تأكيدًا على دور الجمعية في دعم الحراك الثقافي والمجتمعي وتعزيز الشراكة مع مختلف المؤسسات الرسمية والأهلية.
وأكد رئيس الجمعية أمجد الرفاعي خلال كلمته أهمية تعزيز التعاون بين المؤسسات المجتمعية ووزارة الثقافة بما يخدم أبناء المجتمع المحلي، مشيرًا إلى أن الثقافة تشكل عنصرًا أساسيًا في بناء الوعي وتمكين الأجيال الشابة وتعزيز الهوية الوطنية الفلسطينية.
من جانبه، أوضح د. أشرف الصايغ مدير العلاقات العامة أن مثل هذه اللقاءات تفتح آفاقًا جديدة للتعاون والعمل المشترك، وتسهم في دعم المبادرات الثقافية والمجتمعية التي تنفذها المؤسسات المحلية، بما ينعكس إيجابًا على مختلف فئات المجتمع.
وشهد اللقاء نقاشًا حول سبل تعزيز العمل الثقافي وتطوير البرامج والمبادرات التي تخدم الشباب والأطفال والنساء، إلى جانب التأكيد على أهمية الشراكة بين المؤسسات الرسمية والمجتمعية في دعم التنمية الثقافية والوطنية.

Askar Association for Community Development and Empowerment Participates in Welcoming the Palestinian Minister of Culture
Askar Association for Community Development and Empowerment participated in welcoming the Palestinian Minister of Culture, Imad Hamdan, and his accompanying delegation during an official visit held at Al Jawhara Hall in New Askar Camp, with the attendance of official figures and representatives of local community institutions.
The association was represented by its President, Amjad Al-Rifai, and the Director of Public Relations, Dr. Ashraf Al-Sayigh, along with members of the administrative board and staff. The participation reflects the association’s commitment to supporting cultural and community initiatives and strengthening cooperation with governmental and civil society institutions.
In his remarks, President Amjad Al-Rifai emphasized the importance of enhancing cooperation between community organizations and the Ministry of Culture to serve local communities, noting that culture plays a vital role in raising awareness, empowering youth, and preserving Palestinian national identity.
For his part, Dr. Ashraf Al-Sayigh, Director of Public Relations, highlighted that such meetings create new opportunities for partnership and joint action, contributing to the development of cultural and community initiatives that benefit all segments of society.
The meeting included discussions on ways to strengthen cultural activities and develop programs that serve youth, children, and women, while emphasizing the importance of cooperation between official and community institutions in supporting cultural and social development.
Askar Association for Community Development and Empowerment reaffirmed its commitment to active participation in national and community events, in line with its mission of serving society, promoting sustainable development, and preserving Palestinian culture and identity.

L’Association Askar pour le Développement et l’Autonomisation Communautaire participe à l’accueil du Ministre palestinien de la Culture
L’Association Askar pour le Développement et l’Autonomisation Communautaire a participé à l’accueil du Ministre palestinien de la Culture, Imad Hamdan, ainsi que de la délégation qui l’accompagnait, lors d’une visite officielle organisée à la salle Al Jawhara dans le camp de réfugiés de Nouveau Askar, en présence de responsables officiels et de représentants d’institutions communautaires.
L’association était représentée par son président, Amjad Al-Rifai, et par le directeur des relations publiques, Dr Ashraf Al-Sayigh, ainsi que par plusieurs membres du conseil d’administration et de l’équipe de travail. Cette participation témoigne de l’engagement de l’association en faveur du développement culturel et communautaire ainsi que du renforcement de la coopération avec les institutions publiques et civiles.
Dans son intervention, Amjad Al-Rifai a souligné l’importance de renforcer la coopération entre les organisations communautaires et le ministère de la Culture afin de mieux servir la communauté locale. Il a également affirmé que la culture constitue un pilier essentiel pour sensibiliser les citoyens, soutenir la jeunesse et préserver l’identité nationale palestinienne.
De son côté, Dr Ashraf Al-Sayigh, directeur des relations publiques, a indiqué que de telles rencontres ouvrent de nouvelles perspectives de partenariat et de travail commun, contribuant ainsi au développement d’initiatives culturelles et communautaires au bénéfice de l’ensemble de la société.
La rencontre a également porté sur les moyens de renforcer l’action culturelle et de développer des programmes destinés aux jeunes, aux enfants et aux femmes, tout en soulignant l’importance de la coopération entre les institutions officielles et communautaires pour soutenir le développement culturel et social.
L’Association Askar pour le Développement et l’Autonomisation Communautaire a réaffirmé son engagement à participer activement aux événements nationaux et communautaires, conformément à sa mission de service à la société, de promotion du développement durable et de préservation de la culture et de l’identité palestiniennes.
