وفد إيطالي يزور جمعية عسكر لتعزيز استدامة دعم برنامج المساحة الآمنة بالشراكة مع الأونروا

استقبلت جمعية عسكر للتنمية والتطوير المجتمعي الوفد الايطالي الممول لبرنامج “المساحة الآمنة”، والمنفذ بالشراكة مع وكالة الأمم المتحدة لإغاثة وتشغيل اللاجئين الفلسطينيين (الأونروا)، وذلك بحضور مجموعة من مسؤولي الأونروا، في زيارة رسمية هدفت إلى تعزيز التعاون والاطلاع على سير العمل والأنشطة المنفذة، بما يعكس أهمية الشراكة والتنسيق المشترك

واستُهلّت الزيارة بكلمة ترحيبية بالوفد، أعقبها تقديم عرض تعريفي حول رسالة الجمعية وخدماتها المقدمة للمجتمع المحلي، مع التأكيد على دورها في دعم الفئات الأكثر احتياجًا وتعزيز التنمية المجتمعية المستدامة. وتضمّنت الزيارة جولة ميدانية في مرافق المركز المختلفة، شملت الروضة ومركز ذوي الإعاقة، حيث اطّلع الوفد على أقسام المركز وبرامجه المتنوعة، وتعرّف إلى أهداف كل قسم، والفئات المستفيدة، وطبيعة الأنشطة المقدمة.

وعقب الجولة، عُقد اجتماع موسّع جرى خلاله استعراض برنامج “المساحة الآمنة” بشكل تفصيلي، حيث قدّم رئيس الجمعية السيد أمجد الرفاعي عرضًا شاملاً حول وحدات المركز وبرامجه والفئات المستهدفة، إضافة إلى دوافع إنشاء المساحة الآمنة وأهدافها في توفير بيئة داعمة وآمنة للفئات الأكثر هشاشة، والأنشطة المنفذة ضمنها.

وتخللت الزيارة محطة مميزة تمثلت في لقاء عدد من النساء اللواتي تم تمكينهن اقتصاديًا عبر برامج الجمعية، حيث استعرضن تجاربهن وقصص نجاحهن، بالتزامن مع تنظيم معرض مصغّر لمنتجاتهن، عكس الأثر الإيجابي والنتائج الملموسة لهذه البرامج على أرض الواقع. وفي ختام الزيارة، أعرب المسؤول الإيطالي عن إعجابه بما شاهده من تنظيم وجهود ملموسة، مشيدًا بعمل الجمعية وشركائها، ومؤكدًا أهمية استمرار التواصل والتعاون مع رئيس الجمعية السيد أمجد الرفاعي، بما يسهم في تعزيز الشراكة واستدامة الدعم خلال المرحلة المقبلة.

Italian Delegation Visits Askar Association to Strengthen the Sustainability of Support for the Safe Space Program in Partnership with UNRWA

Askar Association for Community Development welcomed the Italian delegation funding the “Safe Space” Program, implemented in partnership with United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA), in the presence of several UNRWA officials. The official visit aimed to enhance cooperation and review the progress of ongoing activities, reflecting the importance of partnership and joint coordination.

The visit began with a welcoming address to the delegation, followed by an introductory presentation about the Association’s mission and the services it provides to the local community, highlighting its role in supporting the most vulnerable groups and promoting sustainable community development.

The delegation then conducted a field tour of the Association’s facilities, including the kindergarten and the center for persons with disabilities. They were introduced to the various departments, their objectives, target beneficiaries, and the nature of the programs and activities implemented.

Following the tour, an expanded meeting was held to review the “Safe Space” Program in detail. The Association’s President, Mr. Amjad Al-Rifa’i, delivered a comprehensive presentation on the center’s units, its programs, and target groups, as well as the rationale behind establishing the Safe Space and its objectives in providing a supportive and secure environment for the most vulnerable populations, in addition to the activities carried out within the program.

A special segment of the visit included a meeting with several women who were economically empowered through the Association’s programs. They shared their personal experiences and success stories, alongside a small exhibition showcasing their products, reflecting the tangible positive impact achieved on the ground.

At the conclusion of the visit, the Italian official expressed his admiration for the organization and the visible efforts made, praising the Association and its partners, and emphasizing the importance of continued communication and cooperation with the Association’s President, Mr. Amjad Al-Rifa’i, to further strengthen the partnership and ensure the sustainability of support in the coming phase.

Une délégation italienne visite l’Association Askar afin de renforcer la durabilité du soutien au programme « Espace sûr » en partenariat avec l’UNRWA

L’Association Askar pour le développement et l’autonomisation communautaire a accueilli la délégation italienne finançant le programme « Espace sûr », mis en œuvre en partenariat avec Office de secours et de travaux des Nations Unies pour les réfugiés de Palestine (UNRWA), en présence de plusieurs responsables de l’UNRWA. Cette visite officielle visait à renforcer la coopération et à examiner l’avancement des activités mises en œuvre, reflétant l’importance du partenariat et de la coordination conjointe.

La visite a débuté par un mot de bienvenue adressé à la délégation, suivi d’une présentation introductive sur la mission de l’association et les services offerts à la communauté locale, en mettant l’accent sur son rôle dans le soutien aux groupes les plus vulnérables et la promotion du développement communautaire durable.

La délégation a ensuite effectué une visite de terrain des différentes installations, notamment la maternelle et le centre pour les personnes en situation de handicap. Elle a pris connaissance des différents départements, de leurs objectifs, des bénéficiaires ciblés ainsi que de la nature des programmes et activités mis en œuvre.

À l’issue de la visite, une réunion élargie a été organisée afin de présenter en détail le programme « Espace sûr ». Le président de l’association, M. Amjad Al-Rifa’i, a présenté un exposé complet sur les différentes unités du centre, ses programmes et ses publics cibles, ainsi que sur les motivations ayant conduit à la création de l’Espace sûr et ses objectifs consistant à fournir un environnement sécurisé et favorable aux populations les plus vulnérables, ainsi que les activités menées dans ce cadre.

La visite a également été marquée par une rencontre avec plusieurs femmes ayant bénéficié d’un programme d’autonomisation économique, qui ont partagé leurs expériences et leurs parcours de réussite. Un petit espace d’exposition de leurs produits a été organisé, illustrant l’impact positif concret des initiatives sur le terrain.

À la fin de la visite, le responsable italien a exprimé son admiration pour l’organisation et les efforts visibles déployés, saluant le travail de l’association et de ses partenaires, et soulignant l’importance de poursuivre la communication et la coopération avec le président de l’association, M. Amjad Al-Rifa’i, afin de renforcer le partenariat et d’assurer la durabilité du soutien lors de la prochaine phase.
