شارك وفد من منتدى مخيم عسكر الجديد في ورشة العمل التي نظمتها دائرة شؤون اللاجئين بمنظمة التحرير الفلسطينية بالتعاون مع الوكالة اليابانية للتعاون الدولي (جايكا) في فندق الميلينيوم بمدينة رام الله، بعنوان “تبادل الخبرات حول تحسين مخيمات اللاجئين الفلسطينيين”.
وضم وفد المخيم كلًا من:
السيد محمد أبو كشك رئيس اللجنة الشعبية لخدمات مخيم عسكر الجديد،
السيد أمجد الرفاعي رئيس جمعية عسكر للتنمية والتطوير المجتمعي،
الدكتور أشرف الصايغ ممثلًا عن منتدى المخيم،
السيدة آلاء الناطور ناشطة شبابية من منتدى مخيم عسكر الجديد،
السيد طلال أبو كشك منسق منتدى تحسين المخيم.
وقد كانت مشاركة الوفد مؤثرة وبنّاءة، واتسمت بالنشاط والحيوية وتقديم الأفكار الإبداعية التي أسهمت في إثراء النقاشات وتعزيز مخرجات الورشة. وأكد الوفد أهمية تبادل الخبرات وتعزيز الشراكة المجتمعية في سبيل تطوير المخيمات وتحسين ظروف الحياة فيها، مشددين على أن المخيمات الفلسطينية ستبقى شاهدة على النكبة وحق اللاجئين الثابت في العودة.

New Askar Camp Forum Participates in Workshop on Improving Refugee Camps in the West Bank
A delegation from the New Askar Camp Forum participated in a workshop organized by the Department of Refugee Affairs at the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO), in cooperation with the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), held at the Millennium Hotel in Ramallah under the title: “Exchange of Experiences on Improving Palestinian Refugee Camps.”
The camp delegation included:
- Mr. Mohammad Abu Keshk, Head of the Popular Committee for Services in New Askar Camp
- Mr. Amjad Al-Rifai, Head of the Askar Association for Community Development
- Dr. Ashraf Al-Sayegh, representing the Camp Forum
- Ms. Alaa Al-Natour, a youth activist from the New Askar Camp Forum
- Mr. Talal Abu Keshk, Coordinator of the Camp Improvement Forum
The delegation’s participation was impactful and constructive, characterized by enthusiasm, active engagement, and the presentation of creative ideas that enriched the discussions and contributed to the outcomes of the workshop.
The delegation emphasized the importance of experience-sharing and strengthening community partnerships in the effort to develop refugee camps and improve living conditions. They reaffirmed that Palestinian camps remain a symbol of the Nakba and a testament to the inalienable right of return for all refugees.
Le Forum du camp de réfugiés de Nouvel Askar participe à un atelier sur l’amélioration des camps de réfugiés en Cisjordanie
Une délégation du Forum du camp de Nouvel Askar a participé à un atelier organisé par le Département des affaires des réfugiés de l’Organisation de libération de la Palestine (OLP), en coopération avec l’Agence japonaise de coopération internationale (JICA), à l’hôtel Millennium à Ramallah, sous le titre : « Échange d’expériences sur l’amélioration des camps de réfugiés palestiniens ».
La délégation du camp était composée de :
- M. Mohammad Abou Keshk, président du Comité populaire des services du camp de Nouvel Askar
- M. Amjad Al-Rifaï, président de l’Association Askar pour le développement communautaire
- Dr. Achraf Al-Sayegh, représentant du Forum du camp
- Mme Alaa Al-Natour, militante jeunesse du Forum du camp de Nouvel Askar
- M. Talal Abou Keshk, coordinateur du Forum pour l’amélioration du camp
La participation de la délégation a été marquante et constructive, caractérisée par un dynamisme et une implication active, ainsi que par la présentation d’idées novatrices ayant enrichi les débats et renforcé les résultats de l’atelier.
La délégation a souligné l’importance de l’échange d’expériences et du renforcement des partenariats communautaires afin de développer les camps et d’améliorer les conditions de vie. Elle a réaffirmé que les camps palestiniens restent un symbole de la Nakba et un témoignage du droit inaliénable des réfugiés au retour.
