وفد جمعية عسكر للتنمية والتطوير المجتمعي يزور بلدية إيشرول الفرنسية لتعزيز العلاقات الفلسطينية – الفرنسية

في إطار جولته الأوروبية، استهل وفد جمعية عسكر للتنمية والتطوير المجتمعي زيارته الرسمية إلى مدينة إيشرول الفرنسية، حيث ضم الوفد رئيس الجمعية السيد أمجد الرفاعي وعدداً من أعضاء الهيئة الإدارية.

وكان في استقبال الوفد كل من رئيسة بلدية إيشرول السيدة أماندين ديمور، ومسؤول العلاقات الدولية السيد زعيم بوحفص، إلى جانب عدد من أعضاء المجلس البلدي ومديري المؤسسات المحلية في المدينة.

وخلال اللقاء، عبّر السيد أمجد الرفاعي عن خالص شكره وامتنانه لبلدية إيشرول على مواقفها الثابتة في دعم القضية الفلسطينية، مؤكدًا أن هذه الزيارة تأتي في إطار توطيد أواصر التعاون والشراكة الثقافية والإنسانية بين الجانبين.

وأشار الرفاعي إلى أن العلاقة بين مخيم عسكر الجديد ومدينة إيشرول تعود إلى عام 2006، حيث انطلقت منذ ذلك الحين مسيرة من التعاون والتبادل الثقافي والشبابي والإنساني، أثمرت عن مشاريع تضامن مشتركة تعكس عمق الصداقة بين الشعبين الفلسطيني والفرنسي.

من جانبها، رحّبت رئيسة البلدية السيدة أماندين ديمور بالوفد الفلسطيني، وأكدت اعتزازها بالعلاقة التاريخية التي تربط بلدية إيشرول بمخيم عسكر، مشيرةً إلى أهمية استمرار هذا التعاون لما يحمله من رسائل إنسانية وثقافية تعزز قيم العدالة والسلام.

وخلال اللقاء، استمعت رئيسة البلدية وأعضاء المجلس البلدي إلى مداخلات الشباب من الوفد الفلسطيني الذين تحدثوا عن واقعهم اليومي في المخيم، والصعوبات والتحديات التي يواجهونها في ظل الظروف الصعبة تحت الاحتلال.

وفي ختام الزيارة، قدّم وفد جمعية عسكر درعًا تقديريًا إلى رئيسة بلدية إيشرول السيدة أماندين ديمور، تعبيرًا عن شكر وتقدير أهالي مخيم عسكر الجديد للدعم المتواصل والمواقف التضامنية الصادقة التي تبديها البلدية تجاه الشعب الفلسطيني.

كما قدّمت فرقة مشاعل فلسطين للدبكة الشعبية عرضًا فنيًا تراثيًا في ساحة البلدية، نال إعجاب الحضور من أهالي المدينة، الذين تفاعلوا بحرارة مع الإيقاعات الفلسطينية الأصيلة التي جسّدت روح الصمود والأمل والانتماء الوطني.

وفي اليوم التالي للزيارة، نظّم الوفد بالتعاون مع بلدية إيشرول ورشة تبادل ثقافي وشبابي في مركز بيكاسو، شارك فيها عدد من الشباب الفرنسيين وأعضاء الوفد الفلسطيني، حيث تناولت الورشة موضوعات الهوية، والانتماء، والتحديات التي يواجهها الشباب في المخيمات الفلسطينية.
وقد شكّلت الورشة مساحة للتفاعل وتبادل الخبرات والأفكار، عكست روح الشراكة والتفاهم المتبادل بين الجانبين.

Askar Association Delegation Visits the Municipality of Échirolles, France, to Strengthen Palestinian–French Relations

As part of its European tour, the delegation of the Askar Association for Community Development and Empowerment began its official visit to the city of Échirolles, France. The delegation included the association’s president, Mr. Amjad Al-Rifai, along with several members of the administrative board.

The delegation was received by Ms. Amandine Demore, Mayor of Échirolles, and Mr. Zaim Bouhafs, Head of International Relations, in addition to several members of the municipal council and directors of local institutions.

During the meeting, Mr. Al-Rifai expressed his sincere gratitude to the Municipality of Échirolles for its steadfast support of the Palestinian cause, emphasizing that this visit aims to strengthen cultural and humanitarian cooperation and partnership between the two sides.

He pointed out that the relationship between Askar New Camp and the city of Échirolles dates back to 2006, marking the beginning of a journey of cooperation and cultural, youth, and humanitarian exchange that has resulted in joint solidarity projects reflecting the deep friendship between the Palestinian and French peoples.

For her part, Mayor Amandine Demore welcomed the Palestinian delegation and expressed her pride in the historical relationship that unites Échirolles with Askar Camp. She highlighted the importance of continuing this cooperation, as it carries human and cultural messages that promote the values of justice and peace.

During the meeting, the mayor and members of the municipal council listened to interventions from the Palestinian youth delegation, who spoke about their daily lives in the camp and the challenges they face under difficult conditions of occupation.

At the end of the visit, the Askar Association delegation presented a commemorative plaque to Mayor Amandine Demore as a token of appreciation from the residents of Askar New Camp for the municipality’s continuous support and sincere solidarity with the Palestinian people.

The visit concluded with a traditional Dabke performance by the “Mashaal Palestine” folk dance troupe in the municipality square. The performance was warmly received by the residents of Échirolles, who enthusiastically engaged with the authentic Palestinian rhythms embodying resilience, hope, and national belonging.

On the following day, the delegation, in cooperation with the Municipality of Échirolles, organized a cultural and youth exchange workshop at the Picasso Center. The workshop brought together French and Palestinian youth to discuss themes of identity, belonging, and the challenges faced by young people in Palestinian refugee camps.
The event provided a meaningful space for dialogue and exchange, reflecting a spirit of partnership and mutual understanding between both sides.

Une délégation de l’Association Askar pour le développement communautaire en visite à la municipalité d’Échirolles pour renforcer les relations franco-palestiniennes

Dans le cadre de sa tournée européenne, la délégation de l’Association Askar pour le développement et l’autonomisation communautaire a entamé sa visite officielle à la ville d’Échirolles, en France. La délégation était composée du président de l’association, M. Amjad Al-Rifai, et de plusieurs membres du conseil d’administration.

La délégation a été accueillie par Mme Amandine Demore, maire d’Échirolles, et M. Zaim Bouhafs, responsable des relations internationales, ainsi que par plusieurs membres du conseil municipal et directeurs d’institutions locales.

Au cours de la rencontre, M. Al-Rifai a exprimé sa profonde gratitude à la municipalité d’Échirolles pour ses positions constantes en faveur de la cause palestinienne, soulignant que cette visite s’inscrit dans une démarche visant à renforcer les liens de coopération et de partenariat culturel et humanitaire entre les deux parties.

Il a rappelé que la relation entre le camp d’Askar al-Jadid et la ville d’Échirolles remonte à l’année 2006, marquant le début d’un parcours de coopération et d’échanges culturels, jeunesse et humanitaires, qui a donné lieu à plusieurs projets de solidarité reflétant la profonde amitié entre les peuples palestinien et français.

Pour sa part, Mme la Maire Amandine Demore a souhaité la bienvenue à la délégation palestinienne et a exprimé sa fierté quant à la relation historique qui unit la ville d’Échirolles au camp d’Askar. Elle a insisté sur l’importance de poursuivre cette coopération porteuse de messages humains et culturels qui promeuvent les valeurs de justice et de paix.

Durant la rencontre, la maire et les membres du conseil municipal ont écouté les interventions des jeunes du camp palestinien, qui ont partagé leurs réalités quotidiennes et les défis auxquels ils sont confrontés dans des conditions difficiles sous occupation.

À la fin de la visite, la délégation de l’Association Askar a offert à Mme la Maire Amandine Demore une plaque commémorative, en signe de reconnaissance et de gratitude des habitants du camp d’Askar al-Jadid pour le soutien constant et la solidarité sincère de la municipalité envers le peuple palestinien.

La visite s’est clôturée par une représentation de danse traditionnelle palestinienne, assurée par la troupe « Mashaal Palestine » sur la place de la mairie. Le spectacle a conquis le public d’Échirolles, qui a chaleureusement applaudi les rythmes palestiniens authentiques porteurs d’un message de résilience, d’espoir et d’appartenance nationale.

Le lendemain, la délégation, en collaboration avec la municipalité d’Échirolles, a organisé un atelier d’échanges culturels et de jeunesse au Centre Picasso. L’atelier a réuni des jeunes Français et Palestiniens autour des thèmes de l’identité, de l’appartenance et des défis rencontrés par la jeunesse dans les camps palestiniens.
Cet échange a constitué un espace de dialogue et de compréhension mutuelle, reflétant un véritable esprit de partenariat et de solidarité entre les deux côtés.
