في خطوة نوعية نحو توسيع مجالات التعاون الدولي وتعزيز العلاقات الفلسطينية الفرنسية، وقّعت جمعية عسكر للتنمية والتطوير المجتمعي عدة اتفاقيات تعاون وشراكة مع عدد من المؤسسات الفرنسية الداعمة للشعب الفلسطيني، وذلك بهدف تنفيذ مشاريع مشتركة في مجالات الصحة النفسية، والتبادل الشبابي، والمبادرات الطبية والإنسانية.
وخلال الفعالية، عبّر رئيس الجمعية السيد أمجد الرفاعي عن تقديره العميق للمؤسسات الفرنسية المشاركة، مؤكدًا أن هذه الاتفاقيات تأتي ضمن رؤية الجمعية لتعزيز التنمية المجتمعية داخل المخيمات الفلسطينية، وتوفير الدعم النفسي والطبي والإنساني للفئات الأكثر احتياجًا، إلى جانب تعزيز فرص التبادل الثقافي والمعرفي بين الشباب الفلسطيني والفرنسي.
كما شارك في مراسم التوقيع أعضاء الهيئة الإدارية للجمعية الدكتور أشرف الصايغ والسيد زياد المغربي، إلى جانب عدد من الشخصيات الفرنسية التي أكدت التزامها بمواصلة دعم المبادرات المشتركة في المجالات الاجتماعية والثقافية والصحية.
وعقب التوقيع، نظّمت الجمعية حفل تكريم لرؤساء البلديات والشخصيات الفرنسية التي وقفت إلى جانب الشعب الفلسطيني، حيث جرى تقديم الدروع التقديرية تقديرًا لمواقفهم النبيلة وجهودهم في تعزيز التضامن مع فلسطين.
واختُتم اللقاء بالتقاط الصور التذكارية التي جسدت عمق العلاقات الإنسانية بين الجانبين، مؤكدين استمرار التعاون والعمل المشترك لخدمة العدالة والسلام.
وجاء هذا النشاط ضمن برنامج الزيارة التي تنفذها فرقة مشاعل فلسطين للفنون الشعبية في عدد من المدن الفرنسية، من بينها إيشرول، ليون، فينيسيو، باريس، رانس، ومومبيلييه، حيث قدّمت الفرقة عروضًا تراثية فلسطينية حملت رسالة ثقافية وإنسانية تؤكد على صمود الشعب الفلسطيني وتمسكه بهويته الوطنية.
Askar Association Signs Cooperation Agreements with French Institutions to Enhance Psychological Support and Cultural Exchange
In a significant step toward expanding international cooperation and strengthening Palestinian-French relations, Askar Association for Community Development signed several cooperation and partnership agreements with French institutions that support and advocate for the Palestinian people. These agreements aim to implement joint projects in the fields of mental health, youth exchange, and medical and humanitarian initiatives.
During the event, the association’s president, Mr. Amjad Al-Rifai, expressed deep appreciation to the participating French institutions, emphasizing that these agreements reflect the association’s vision to promote community development within Palestinian camps, provide psychological, medical, and humanitarian support to the most vulnerable groups, and enhance opportunities for cultural and intellectual exchange between Palestinian and French youth.
The signing ceremony was attended by board members Dr. Ashraf Al-Sayegh and Mr. Ziad Al-Maghribi, along with several French figures who reaffirmed their commitment to supporting joint initiatives in social, cultural, and health fields.Following the signing, the association organized a tribute ceremony honoring mayors and French personalities who stood in solidarity with the Palestinian people, presenting commemorative shields in recognition of their noble stances and efforts to strengthen solidarity with Palestine.
The event concluded with group photos that reflected the depth of human relations between both sides, affirming the continuation of joint work to serve justice and peace.
This activity was part of the visit program by the Mashaal Palestine Folklore Troupe to several French cities, including Échirolles, Lyon, Vénissieux, Paris, Reims, and Montpellier, where the troupe presented traditional Palestinian performances carrying a cultural and humanitarian message that highlights the resilience of the Palestinian people and their commitment to national identity

L’Association Askar signe des accords de coopération avec des institutions françaises pour renforcer le soutien psychologique et les échanges culturels
Dans une démarche significative visant à élargir les domaines de coopération internationale et à renforcer les relations franco-palestiniennes, l’Association Askar pour le développement communautaire a signé plusieurs accords de coopération et de partenariat avec des institutions françaises engagées en faveur du peuple palestinien.
Ces accords visent à mettre en œuvre des projets communs dans les domaines de la santé mentale, des échanges de jeunes, ainsi que des initiatives médicales et humanitaires.
Lors de la cérémonie, le président de l’association, M. Amjad Al-Rifai, a exprimé sa profonde gratitude envers les institutions françaises participantes, soulignant que ces accords s’inscrivent dans la vision de l’association visant à promouvoir le développement communautaire dans les camps palestiniens, à fournir un soutien psychologique, médical et humanitaire aux groupes les plus vulnérables, et à renforcer les opportunités d’échange culturel et intellectuel entre les jeunes palestiniens et français.
Ont également participé à la signature les membres du conseil d’administration, Dr. Ashraf Al-Sayegh et M. Ziad Al-Maghribi, ainsi que plusieurs personnalités françaises qui ont réaffirmé leur engagement à soutenir les initiatives communes dans les domaines social, culturel et sanitaire.
Après la signature, l’association a organisé une cérémonie d’hommage aux maires et personnalités françaises ayant soutenu le peuple palestinien, au cours de laquelle des trophées honorifiques ont été remis en reconnaissance de leurs positions nobles et de leurs efforts pour renforcer la solidarité avec la Palestine.
La rencontre s’est conclue par des photos souvenirs illustrant la profondeur des relations humaines entre les deux parties, affirmant la poursuite de la coopération pour servir la justice et la paix.
Cette activité s’inscrit dans le cadre du programme de visite de la troupe folklorique Mashaal Palestine dans plusieurs villes françaises, notamment Échirolles, Lyon, Vénissieux, Paris, Reims et Montpellier, où la troupe a présenté des spectacles traditionnels palestiniens porteurs d’un message culturel et humanitaire affirmant la résilience du peuple palestinien et son attachement à son identité nationale.
