نظّمت جمعية عسكر للتنمية المجتمعية ورشة عمل تدريبية بالشراكة مع وكالة غوث وتشغيل اللاجئين الفلسطينيين (الأونروا)، بهدف تعزيز الوعي بمفهوم المساحات الآمنة والاكتشاف الآمن لحالات العنف المبني على النوع الاجتماعي، وذلك من خلال استخدام أساليب الدراما التفاعلية وتقمص الشخصيات الحية.
استهدفت الورشة مجموعة من المراهقات من المجتمع المحلي، حيث جرى تدريبهن على كيفية التعبير عن تجاربهن ومشاعرهن باستخدام أدوات فنية تفاعلية، تسهم في كسر حاجز الصمت وتسليط الضوء على قضايا العنف التي قد يتعرضن لها في محيطهن الاجتماعي.وتخللت الورشة أنشطة تمثيلية ونقاشات مفتوحة، هدفت إلى تمكين المشاركات من التعرف على حقوقهن، وتعزيز ثقتهن بأنفسهن، إضافة إلى تزويدهن بآليات الدعم والإبلاغ الآمن في حال التعرض لأي شكل من أشكال العنف.
وأكد منسق الورشة أن هذا النوع من التدريبات يسهم في بناء بيئة داعمة وآمنة للفتيات، ويعزز من قدرتهن على مواجهة التحديات الاجتماعية والنفسية المرتبطة بالنوع الاجتماعي، مشيرة إلى أهمية استمرار هذه المبادرات لضمان حماية الفئات الأكثر هشاشة في المجتمع.

Askar Association Organizes Workshop in Partnership with UNRWA to Promote Safe Spaces and Identify Gender-Based Violence through Interactive Drama, with Participation of Adolescent Girls
Askar Community Development Association organized a training workshop in collaboration with the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA), aimed at raising awareness about the concept of safe spaces and the safe identification of gender-based violence. The workshop utilized interactive drama techniques and live role-playing.
The workshop targeted a group of adolescent girls from the local community, training them to express their experiences and emotions through creative and interactive tools that help break the silence and shed light on violence they may face in their social environment.
The event included theatrical activities and open discussions designed to empower participants to understand their rights, build self-confidence, and equip them with safe reporting and support mechanisms in case of exposure to any form of violence.The workshop coordinator emphasized that such training contributes to creating a supportive and safe environment for girls and strengthens their ability to confront social and psychological challenges related to gender. She also highlighted the importance of continuing these initiatives to protect the most vulnerable groups in society.

L’Association Askar organise un atelier en partenariat avec l’UNRWA pour promouvoir les espaces sûrs et détecter les violences basées sur le genre à travers le théâtre interactif, avec la participation de jeunes adolescentes
L’Association de développement communautaire Askar a organisé un atelier de formation en collaboration avec l’Office de secours et de travaux des Nations Unies pour les réfugiés de Palestine (UNRWA), visant à sensibiliser au concept des espaces sûrs et à la détection sécurisée des cas de violence basée sur le genre.
L’atelier a utilisé des techniques de théâtre interactif et d’incarnation de personnages vivants.L’atelier a ciblé un groupe d’adolescentes issues de la communauté locale, en les formant à exprimer leurs expériences et émotions à travers des outils artistiques interactifs, contribuant à briser le silence et à mettre en lumière les violences qu’elles peuvent subir dans leur environnement social.
Des activités théâtrales et des discussions ouvertes ont rythmé l’atelier, avec pour objectif de permettre aux participantes de mieux connaître leurs droits, de renforcer leur confiance en elles et de leur fournir des mécanismes de soutien et de signalement sécurisé en cas de violence.
La coordinatrice de l’atelier a souligné que ce type de formation contribue à créer un environnement sûr et bienveillant pour les filles, et renforce leur capacité à faire face aux défis sociaux et psychologiques liés au genre. Elle a également insisté sur l’importance de poursuivre ces initiatives pour protéger les groupes les plus vulnérables de la société.
