نفذت جمعية عسكر للتنمية والتطوير المجتمعي، بالتعاون مع نادي جبل النار، ورشة تدريبية مميزة بعنوان “الريادة المجتمعية”، قدّمتها المدربة ياسمين شرقاوي، وذلك ضمن أنشطة مشروع “آفاق”.
وجاءت الورشة بأسلوب تفاعلي مميز، حيث تعرّف المشاركون على مفهوم الريادة المجتمعية وأهميتها في تطوير المجتمعات المحلية، كما عملوا على توليد أفكار ومبادرات شبابية تسهم في خدمة المجتمع وتعزيز دورهم في إحداث التغيير الإيجابي.
وتأتي هذه الورشة ضمن سلسلة من الأنشطة الهادفة إلى تمكين الشباب، وتنمية مهاراتهم الريادية والاجتماعية، بما يعزز من قدرتهم على المبادرة والمشاركة الفاعلة في بناء مجتمعهم

Askar Association, in cooperation with Jabal Al-Nar Club, implemented a workshop titled “Community Entrepreneurship” as part of the “Afaq” project.
Askar Association for Community Development, in collaboration with Jabal Al-Nar Club, conducted a distinguished training workshop entitled “Community Entrepreneurship,” delivered by trainer Yasmeen Sharqawi, as part of the activities of the “Afaq” project.
The workshop was characterized by an interactive approach, where participants were introduced to the concept of community entrepreneurship and its importance in developing local communities. They also worked on generating ideas and youth initiatives that contribute to serving the community and strengthening their role in creating positive change.
This workshop is part of a series of activities aimed at empowering youth and developing their entrepreneurial and social skills, enhancing their ability to take initiative and actively participate in building their community.
L’Association Askar, en coopération avec le Club Jabal Al-Nar, a organisé un atelier intitulé « L’entrepreneuriat communautaire » dans le cadre du projet « Afaq ».
L’Association Askar pour le développement communautaire, en collaboration avec le Club Jabal Al-Nar, a mis en œuvre un atelier de formation distingué intitulé « L’entrepreneuriat communautaire », animé par la formatrice Yasmeen Sharqawi, dans le cadre des activités du projet « Afaq ».
L’atelier s’est distingué par une approche interactive, au cours de laquelle les participants ont découvert le concept de l’entrepreneuriat communautaire et son importance dans le développement des communautés locales. Ils ont également travaillé à la génération d’idées et d’initiatives de jeunes contribuant au service de la communauté et au renforcement de leur rôle dans la création d’un changement positif.
Cet atelier s’inscrit dans une série d’activités visant à autonomiser les jeunes et à développer leurs compétences entrepreneuriales et sociales, renforçant ainsi leur capacité à prendre des initiatives et à participer activement à la construction de leur communauté.
