اجتماع طارئ لطاقم جمعية عسكر لوضع خطة عاجلة لدعم الأهالي في مخيم عسكر الجديد وتعزيز صمودهم وسط الظروف الصعبة

عقدت جمعية عسكر للتنمية والتطوير المجتمعي اجتماعًا طارئًا لبحث آليات التدخل العاجل في ظل الظروف الصعبة التي يمر بها شعبنا الفلسطيني جراء الحرب، وما رافقها من تدهور في الأوضاع الاقتصادية والأمنية داخل المخيم.

وخلال الاجتماع، استعرض الحضور الواقع الإنساني المتفاقم واحتياجات الأسر، مؤكدين ضرورة التحرك ضمن خطة مدروسة ومنظمة تهدف إلى التخفيف من الأعباء عن المواطنين وتعزيز صمودهم في هذه المرحلة الحساسة.

وخرج المجتمعون بعدد من القرارات والأنشطة العاجلة، أبرزها: تنفيذ حملات توعية حول مخاطر الأجسام الغريبة والمتفجرة حفاظًا على سلامة الأطفال والأهالي. زيادة عدد دورات إعداد وتأهيل المسعفين المتطوعين لرفع الجاهزية الميدانية. تنظيم زيارات منزلية لكبار السن لإجراء الفحوصات الطبية اللازمة ومتابعة أدويتهم بشكل دوري. إعادة تحديد نقاط الطوارئ بالتعاون مع مستوصف الشعب الطبي لضمان سرعة الاستجابة للحالات الطارئة. الاستمرار في تقديم خدمات الإرشاد والدعم النفسي للتخفيف من آثار الضغوط والصدمات.

وأكد رئيس الجمعية، السيد أمجد الرفاعي، على أهمية بث روح الطمأنينة بين أبناء المجتمع المحلي، وتعزيز قيم التكافل والتضامن، مشددًا على أن هذه المرحلة تتطلب تكاتف الجميع والعمل بروح المسؤولية الوطنية والإنسانية. وأشار إلى أن طاقم الجمعية سيواصل متابعة الاحتياجات الإنسانية للأهالي داخل المخيم بالتنسيق مع الخدمات الشعبية والجهات المختصة، بما يضمن استجابة فاعلة وسريعة تسهم في حماية المجتمع وتعزيز صموده.

The Askar Association for Community Development and Advancement held an emergency meeting to discuss urgent intervention mechanisms in light of the difficult conditions our Palestinian people are experiencing as a result of the war, and the resulting deterioration of economic and security conditions inside the camp. During the meeting, attendees reviewed the worsening humanitarian situation and the needs of families, emphasizing the necessity of acting according to a studied and organized plan aimed at alleviating the burdens on citizens and strengthening their resilience during this sensitive phase. The attendees issued a number of urgent decisions and activities, most notably:

• Conduct awareness campaigns about the dangers of foreign and explosive objects to protect the safety of children and families.
• Increase the number of training courses to prepare and qualify volunteer first responders to raise field readiness.
• Organize home visits for the elderly to perform necessary medical check-ups and follow up on their medications regularly.
• Re-designate emergency points in cooperation with Al-Shaab Medical Clinic to ensure rapid response to emergencies.
• Continue providing counseling and psychological support services to mitigate the effects of stress and trauma. Mr. Amjad Al-Rifai, the association’s chairman, stressed the importance of instilling a sense of reassurance among members of the local community and strengthening values of mutual aid and solidarity, emphasizing that this stage requires everyone’s cooperation and acting in the spirit of national and humanitarian responsibility. He noted that the association’s team will continue to follow up on the humanitarian needs of camp residents in coordination with popular services and relevant bodies, ensuring an effective and swift response that contributes to protecting the community and strengthening its resilience.

L’Association Askar pour le développement et la promotion communautaire a tenu une réunion d’urgence pour examiner les mécanismes d’intervention immédiate face aux conditions difficiles que subit notre peuple palestinien en raison de la guerre, et à la détérioration des conditions économiques et sécuritaires à l’intérieur du camp. Au cours de la réunion, les participants ont passé en revue la situation humanitaire qui s’aggrave et les besoins des familles, en soulignant la nécessité d’agir selon un plan étudié et organisé visant à alléger les fardeaux des citoyens et à renforcer leur résilience durant cette phase délicate. Les participants ont adopté plusieurs décisions et actions urgentes, parmi lesquelles :

Poursuivre la fourniture de services de conseil et de soutien psychologique pour atténuer les effets du stress et des traumatismes. M. Amjad Al-Rifai, président de l’association, a insisté sur l’importance d’insuffler un sentiment de sérénité parmi les membres de la communauté locale et de renforcer les valeurs de solidarité et d’entraide, en soulignant que cette période exige la mobilisation de tous et l’action dans un esprit de responsabilité nationale et humanitaire. Il a indiqué que l’équipe de l’association poursuivra le suivi des besoins humanitaires des habitants du camp en coordination avec les services populaires et les instances compétentes, afin d’assurer une réponse efficace et rapide contribuant à protéger la communauté et à renforcer sa résilience.

Mener des campagnes de sensibilisation sur les dangers des objets étrangers et explosifs afin de préserver la sécurité des enfants et des familles.

Augmenter le nombre de sessions de formation pour préparer et qualifier les secouristes bénévoles afin d’améliorer la disponibilité sur le terrain.

Organiser des visites à domicile pour les personnes âgées afin d’effectuer les examens médicaux nécessaires et de suivre régulièrement leurs traitements.

Redéfinir les points d’urgence en coopération avec le dispensaire Al-Shaab pour garantir une réponse rapide aux cas d’urgence.
